Kidou Orbit Watch returns time-telling to its celestial roots through an innovative orbital display system. The arrangement of its visors draws inspiration from planetary motion, creating a timepiece that transforms mechanical movement into a contemplative experience.

The watch embraces minimalist design while celebrating continuous motion. In an age where digital displays surround us, Kidou takes a deliberate step back – removing traditional markings for hours, minutes, and seconds. It's a timepiece for those who seek moments of calm amid the constant rush of time.
Kidou is crafted from brushed stainless steel, combining durability with a classy yet understated appearance. Multiple brush directions create subtle surface details that enhance its sophisticated character.

At its core, Kidou features an inverted second visor system that mimics gravitational planetary movement. This design ensures that each glance at your watch reveals subtle orbital motion, offering a moment to pause and observe time in motion.
The watchface structure consists of formed stainless steel plates connected to the cannon pinion. The inner silver-plated surfaces provide gentle glimmering contrast for the orbital paths, while a premium 4MHz automatic mechanical movement ensures smooth motion in all conditions.

The Kidou concept was developed in collaboration with an artisan watchmaker to ensure practical and precise design choices. The timepiece is engineered around the Miyota 9039 Premium Automatic movement, with the outermost orbital plate serving as a chapter ring attached to the bezel. The design follows the aesthetic principles and styling of the Issey Miyake Watch brand.
